We stayed at the tiny Courtyard (Sihe) Hotel, in DengCao HuTong, the former residence of famous Chinese artist Mei Lan Fang. The house was designed like a traditional home for imperial royalty. It is decorated with antique furniture carved with the symbols of ancient nobility. Beijing.
